FUNCTION AND FEATURE

1. Valve rocker

The Delta-shaped valve rocker arm is tested for rigidity and strength of the valve rocker to prevent the rocker against the resonance to some extent, reduce noise and effectively extend its service lifetime.

2. Cylinder head

The rocker is located in the hole proved that the exact location ensures constant control and to effectively reduce noise in the head.

3. Lightweight piston

The lightweight piston is proven to reduce inertia and piston wear due to moving up and down, increasing engine power and extending its service life.

4. Clutch

Friction plate FCC increases the wear resistance of the clutch, which largely extends the service life of the clutch and makes the boot more stable.

5. Special shaft valve

The oil hole is added to properly lubricate the valve hole extending service life and improving reliability of the motor.

6. Lubrication System

The gear ratio of the oil pump is reduced to increase the pumping capacity of oil to adequately lubricate the kinematic pair and to ensure reliable and safe operation of the motor.
